As a part of providing cutting-edge construction management software, UDA releases regular updates, enhancements, and new features to its award-winning construction management platform - ConstructionOnline. Recent additions to the platform include - 

DAILY LOGGING

Advanced Daily Logging introduces a variety of new features & enhancements for construction project logs:

• A new log entry sequence has been implemented which allows for the easy creation of multiple logs in a single action through the accessible logging blade. 
• Several New Log Types have been added - 
  • Scheduled Work Logs: References specific Tasks Details from the Project Schedule
  • Scheduled Resources Logs: References specific Resource Details from the Project Schedule
  • Manpower Logs: Streamlines the documentation of resources onsite, hours worked, and number of workers
  • User-defined Custom Logs 
• New Custom Logs
  • Log Settings can be configured to suit various documentation needs, allowing users to craft custom templates for log entry.
  • Custom Logs feature - 
    • Custom organizational structure: Define Sections and Subsections within Custom Logs to manage the segmentation of information included in log entries. 
    • Data validation: Choose to enable “Yes/No/NA” Selector 
    • Text: Choose to provide flexible fields for text entry and automatically populate Default Text
    • Attachments: Choose to include options for Photo and File Attachments
  • Users can configure and save multiple Custom Logs. 
  • Saved Custom Logs can be updated and duplicated. 
• New Log Requirements
  • Choose specific log types that will be required to be created daily for individual projects. 
  • ConstructionOnline automatically tracks which log types are required as well as their completion status.
  • Email Notifications can be enabled and sent to selected recipients if the Required Logs for a project are not created during any given workday. 
• New “Complete and Distribute” function
  • Review daily log submissions and mark as “Complete” to verify accuracy and quality of execution. 
  • Company Users with “Complete” permissions for Daily Logging will be able to enter a digital signature upon review of the day.
  • Marking a day’s logs as “Complete” locks all log creation/modification/deletion for that specific day. Completion status can be reverted to unlock creation/modification/deletion, if needed.
  • Choosing to “Complete and Distribute” locks all log creation/modification/deletion for that specific day, and automatically sends a Daily Log Report out to selected Internal and/or External Recipients. 

PURCHASING

• Added new Mark as Paid button to the Receipt blade.
  • Created Payments are named "Payment for [Expense/Receipt Title]."
  • Marking an Expense/Receipt as paid then saving will automatically create a full Payment on the Expense/Receipt.
  • If an Expense/Receipt already has a partial payment, then marking it as paid should create an additional payment to fully pay off the Expense/Receipt.
  • The Mark as Paid button is hidden for fully paid Expenses/Receipts.
  • The Mark as Paid button is disabled for Expenses/Receipts with no vendor.

LEAD TRACKING

• Applied dynamic table functions to the Leads table
• Converted Lead Stages to Custom Company Values, allowing users to customize these fields. 
• Removed existing limit on the number of available Lead Stages, allowing users to add more than the 7 Lead Stages provided by default in ConstructionOnline.

CLIENT SELECTIONS

• Enabled new Automated Reminders for Client Selections

REPORTING

• Updated “Share” function for ConstructionOnline Reports to introduce a new option that allows users to instantly share Reports via ConstructionOnline Message.
