- New Automated Reminder System introduced for construction Submittals
- Conveniently modeled after the Reminder System previously implemented for ConstructionOnline’s Permit Tracking, Insurance Tracking, and Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Automated Reminders key off of the Submittal “Due Date”
- Default Email Templates are provided for the following instances -
- Submittal Response Pending
- Submittal Response Overdue
- Submittal Response Due Today
- Users can edit and/or add Email Templates to further customize messages included with scheduled email reminders
- When setting up Automated Email Reminders for Submittals, users can configure multiple components, including -
- Email Template
- Send Type
- Frequency
- Duration
- Internal and CC: / BCC: Recipients
DAILY LOGGING
- Optimized system performance for Daily Logging to reduce server load and improve the sequence for loading log entries
CHECKLISTS & PUNCH LISTS
- Streamlined the duplication of Checklists & Punch Lists with specific updates related to the creating and editing of Item Issues during list duplication
ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING
- Confirmed uniform performance of "Hide Completed Task" controls. When enabled, Completed Schedule Tasks are hidden and Incomplete Schedule Tasks are displayed correctly.
CONTACTS
- Verified that the “Projects” tab within Contact Details consistently and accurately populates all relevant ConstructionOnline Projects for ClientLink and TeamLink Contacts, regardless of modal point of access.
- Updated the “Mobile” phone number field within Contact Details to ensure that all edits save as expected
MESSAGING
- Automated email notifications for Messaging are exclusively sent for “Active” Messages and never sent for “Draft” Messages
ONPOINT™ PROPOSALS
- Updated Detailed Proposals for Opportunities to ensure that Header, Footer, and Table Settings are always appropriately applied
