UDA ConstructionOnline is pleased to announce recently expanded options for managing construction Purchase Orders (POs) in the ConstructionOnline platform, giving construction professionals greater flexibility and control over project financials. These enhancements for OnCost™ Purchasing empower users to make key adjustments to construction Purchase Orders even after PO creation—ensuring accuracy, adaptability, and seamless financial tracking throughout the life of a project.
New Functionality Includes:

Custom Amounts – Enter custom amounts for Change Order and Selection line items within POs, Bills, and Payments when edits are allowed.

Add Line Items – Insert additional line items into existing POs and Bills as needed to capture updated project details.

Adjust Estimate Linkages – Modify Estimate linkages directly from the PO, Bill, or Payment extension blade for improved alignment with project budgets.
⚠️ Important - Please Note: Editing a PO line item will remove its association with existing Bills and Payments to ensure data integrity.
