ConstructionOnline recently introduced enhancements to several Project Tracking Reports, giving construction teams more targeted visibility into projected activity and greater accuracy when reviewing work order information.
With this update, key Project Tracking Reports now support filtering by Trade, allowing users to narrow report results based on the specific Trade being reviewed. This added flexibility makes it easier for teams to evaluate project activity, identify relevant issues, and generate reports that are more closely aligned with the needs of each project.
Trade filtering is now available for:
- Daily Logging Reports
- Punch List Item Issue Reports
- Checklist Item Issue Reports
By adding Trade-based filtering to these reports, ConstructionOnline helps project teams focus on information most relevant to specific subcontractors, divisions, or phases of work—eliminating irrelevant information and improving visibility into field activity, quality control, and issue tracking.
Improved Accuracy for Work Order Reporting
ConstructionOnline has also enhanced the Work Order Report with a new option to use Adjusted Quantity. This update allows Work Order calculations to account for quantity multipliers and waste percentages, providing a more complete view of quantities associated with project work.
For construction teams using Work Orders to manage scope, materials, or labor-related activity, the ability to include Adjusted Quantity helps ensure report outputs more accurately reflect real project conditions and estimating assumptions.
