Known for providing industry-leading document management & correspondence tracking, ConstructionOnline™ recently announced intuitive enhancements to email notifications for RFIs and Submittals sent from ConstructionOnline™. Going forward, ConstructionOnline™ will automatically include the respective RFI or Submittal Summary Report specific to the individual correspondence.
Email notifications pertaining to RFIs and Submittals are sent when the correspondence is created in ConstructionOnline™ and the option to "Create & Send Emails" is selected. Recipients are linked directly to ConstructionOnline™ from the email notification for easy online access to the correspondence. By including the RFI or Submittal Summary Report as an attachment to these email notifications, ConstructionOnline™ provides yet another option for recipients to easily review the correspondence and record documentation.
Summary Reports for RFIs and Submittals are part of ConstructionOnline's comprehensive library of over 150 available construction contracts, reports, and documents.
