Recently, ConstructionOnline introduced expanded options for recurring calendar events in ConstructionOnline’s comprehensive calendar. Now, schedule recurring calendar events up to 5 years in the future, ensuring that companies can successfully manage annual due dates, deadlines, reviews, and more. 

This week, UDA Technologies released an update for ConstructionSuite which expanded the types of files that can be imported into ConstructionSuite. OnCost Estimating has accepted CAD Imports since inception, empowering users by bringing CAD information into the industry’s most powerful construction estimating tool. By accepting additional files for import, ConstructionSuite only enhances this aspect of the system. File types now accepted for import include .XML, .XLS, .XLSX, .CSV, and .TXT. 

UDA Technologies continues to increase international presence with impressive results worldwide, including UDA’s newest international market, China. ConstructionOnline China was introduced to the ConstructionOnline family of products in June of 2017 and has been welcomed heartily by Chinese construction companies looking to improve project management procedures with access to the latest technology in industry-leading ConstructionOnline and ConstructionOnline Mobile. 

Monday, November 6, UDA Technologies improved already-phenomenal ConstructionOnline Estimating by adding options for customizing Estimate views. Custom view updates allow users to show/hide columns to be included in Estimate, and also provide drag/drop options for ordering columns which are showing. These views can be customized for each Estimate Format available in ConstructionOnline, as well as each Estimate Mode, giving construction management professionals the ability to see the information needed for optimal project viewing.

UDA Technologies is excited to announce the release of new versions of ConstructionOnline, in response to recent customer demand. New ConstructionOnline Express and Express CM versions allow for UDA Technologies to better meet the needs of a consistently growing client base by providing more options for growing companies. UDA now offers 10 versions of ConstructionOnline for residential and commercial markets.

UDA Technologies recently completed updates for 2017 RSMeans Cost Data integrated with OnCost Estimating in ConstructionSuite 8. Updated cost data includes the latest prices for labor and materials for hundreds of thousands of items and thousands of assemblies across North America and Canada. 

This week, UDA Technologies introduced UDA News to the ConstructionOnline Newsfeed. The addition of UDA News events to the ConstructionOnline Newsfeed gives users the opportunity to keep up-to-date on the latest UDA announcements, events, and best practices right within their account. Available in ConstructionOnline and ConstructionOnline Mobile, Newsfeed features provide users an accessible, immediate, and customizable path to staying informed day to day, hour to hour. 

One of the primary advantages of construction project management software is the ability to swiftly repurpose and share information as needed. ConstructionOnline has offered this advantage for years, through reports and construction documents generated from estimates, schedules, and other features. Today, five new options are now available. 

• Estimate vs. Actual Report. Track your costs and how they differ from original estimates.
• Purchase Orders. Create a Purchase Order document for any project, and choose which Categories and Subcategories to include.
• Request for Quotes. Draw up a Request for Quote form to get accurate costs from vendors.
• Estimate Notes Report. Pull notes from an estimate, including General, TeamLink, and ClientLink notes.
• Lead Tracking Report. Extract valuable lead tracking information into a printable document.

These documents and reports are now live for all ConstructionOnline pro users, and can be found on the Lead Tracking and GamePlan pages.

UDA Technologies today confirmed the compatibility of ConstructionSuite 8's integration with QuickBooks 2018 desktop accounting software. With over a decade of experience as a Premier Quickbooks Gold developer, UDA continues to ensure that ConstructionSuite's seamless QuickBooks integration features work flawlessly with Intuit's latest updates to their product lines. Moving forward, UDA Technologies plans to integrate both ConstructionSuite and ConstructionOnline with QuickBooks 2018 desktop products - achieving an industry-first QuickBooks integration between desktop and online platforms.

As part of our ever-growing partner program, UDA has joined forces with Xero – one of the fastest growing accounting platforms on the market.
